Michael Metzger

Michael Metzger is a Senior Vice President at Houlihan Lokey and provides M&A and financing advisory services to media, Internet and technology companies.

Previously, Michael was a Principal at MESA Global and Co-Founder and Principal at Covert & Co. He advised Yahoo’s mobile marketing and advertising group and held senior management and engineering positions at AT&T, IBM and Mindspeed.

He holds five patents in the field of Communications and serves as Vice-Chair and Board Director of the German American Business Association (GABA) in Southern California.

Michael received a MSEE from the University of Ulm, Germany and his MBA from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles.
